We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below, or contact us for help with a return.

Narcissus is proud to be a small company, some policies may be different than big name stores.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of our return process. Thank you for supporting our commitment to quality and service.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items should not show any signs of wear, which include, but are not limited to:

Stains, pulls, or holes

Deodorant stains or odors

Laundry detergent scents

Smoke odors

Missing original tags, including the Narcissus tag and brand tag

Shoes must be returned in their original box without any signs of wear.

For a quick processing of your return, please include your name and phone number inside the return package.

Holiday Gift Policy

We will gladly exchange or offer store credit for gifts brought back by January 5th.

In-Store Purchases

Merchandise must be returned within 3 days with receipt and tags on for a full refund. Merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days with receipts and tags on.

Online Purchases

Please contact within 3 days of "delivered" status.





Formal & Evening Wear

Narcissus holds the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason.
