Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
We are unable to ship outside of the US at this time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Merchandise may be RETURNED within three days for a refund with receipt and original tags still on merchandise.
- Merchandise may be EXCHANGED within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by the receipt and original tags still on merchandise.
Swimwear, intimate apparel, jewelry, sunglasses, special occasion, evening wear, formal wear, and sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged. They are FINAL SALE.
Narcissus reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that appears to have been worn or otherwise mishandled.
Please email sarah@narcissusstyle.com within 3 days of delivery status with any order issues/returns. Returns must be received at Narcissus within 2 weeks of delivery to customer. Narcissus holds the right to refuse any returns.
Make sure the item has all tags originally attached with no signs of wear to the item. Wear signs include but not limited to:
• Stains, pulls, or holes
• Deodorant stains or smell
• Laundry Detergent
• Smell of smoke
• Missing Tags including Narcissus Tag and Brand Tag
Shoes must be returned in original box showing no signs of wear.
Please include your name & phone number in the box so we can make the return process quick.
