Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below, or contact us for help with a return.

Narcissus is proud to be a small business, some policies may be different than big name stores. 

Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE!

In-Store Purchases 

Merchandise must be returned within 3 days with receipt & tags on for a full refund. Merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days with receipt & tags on.

Online Purchases

Returns and exchanges must be approved. Please contact sarah@narcissusstyle.com within 3 days of delivery for return request. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted if returned without approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All tags must be attatched with no signs of wear for refund to be accepted.

Wear signs include but not limited to:

Stains, pulls, or holes

Deodorant stains or smell

Laundry Detergent

Smell of smoke

Missing Tags including Narcissus Tag and Brand Tag

Shoes must be returned in original box showing no signs of wear.

Please include your name & phone number in the box so we can make the return process quick. 

Returns must be received at Narcissus within 2 weeks of delivery to customer once approved to return.
